Service is very slow , I had to call multiple times for smaller things like water. They charged me Rs900, bedsheet cleaning charges stating that it has stains

Had an unkindly and rough experience with the reservation staff having number 9905074506, while trying to get a booking done for stay at the property, as he was definitely rude enough to be in the hotel industry. The management should consider some additional training or refresher course of hospitality perhaps!!

Sparkling clean throughout, large, comfortable room with ALL the plant working perfectly, great breakfast bar & international class service. I would highly recommend this location & brand to my fellow travelers. Not one thing was out of place, or uncomfortable.
